When you place an order through our site, you are offering to purchase the products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order, or suspected fraud.

We ship to most locations worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Free for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons and product safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on Soft Plastics and Soft Vibes that have been opened or used. These products must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
5. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
6. Ship the package to our address (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the products and services provided by Berkley Sales shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
