Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to get your fishing gear to you:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Free for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand by our fishing gear as much as we stand by our customers. We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Ship the package to our address (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate which product you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive the returned product
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
